Hello My Name Is...
Mrs. Tiffany McVaigh
I am a 2004 graduate of Edwards County High School, and a 2008 graduate of the University of Southern Indiana, where I obtained my Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education. I did my student teaching at Wells Elementary School, in Grayville, Illinois and was then hired as a first grade paraprofessional. The following school year, I was hired on as a third grade teacher, and later moved to first grade. I taught in Grayville for five years.
In 2014, I was hired into the Edwards County School district, at West Salem Grade School, as the fourth grade teacher. I obtained my Master of Education in Learning and Technology from Western Governors University in 2021. In 2022, I earned a Master of Science in Curriculum and Instruction, also from Western Governors University. In 2023, I moved to second grade. This is my tenth year at West Salem Grade School, and my fifteenth year as a teacher.
I currently live in West Salem, with my husband, Lance and our two children, Emersyn and Bransen.
